How does the product work?
APT FIX contains a proprietary formulation of epoxy aldehydes.

The aldehyde components are protein cross-linkers that deactivate algae cells by binding to their proteins.
The active component is active in the water, but is rapidly broken down by microbial biological action, which does not cause bioaccumulation in the aquarium ecosystem in the long term.
APT FIX is therefore a safe and effective inhibitor for various freshwater algae.

How often should I dose?
APT FIX biodegrades naturally within 24 hours.
