How to plant?

1. Plant it in a well weighted basket, to avoid it being unbalanced by the wind.
2. The exposure should be warm and very sunny, the soil or the mud rich enough.
3. Install the rhizomes between 0 and 50 cm under the surface of the water.
4. The depth of plantation can be adapted according to the minimum winter temperatures. The rhizomes are protected by the height of water, and resist to temperatures going down to -17°C.

When to plant ?
In spring, the best month is March, however you can plant it from March to May.

Our advice: As its growth is rather fast, it is more adapted to the big basins. It can also be cultivated in a container on a terrace, always with its feet in the water and stored away from the cold in winter.

Packages containing plants for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg are sent from Monday to Wednesday.

For all orders placed between Wednesday and Sunday, the plants will be shipped the following week to guarantee the freshness of the plants.
