The Wio Mere Biotope Mix 2kg is a 100% natural biotope substrate for aquariums. This biotope is inspired by the Pool Malebo, which is a lake located in the interior of the Congo River. It is designed to recreate a part of this highly colorful environment. With just 2kg of substrate, you can achieve a decorative and natural look.

The Wio Mere Biotope Mix consists of sand, small pebbles and stones, as well as root branches. The different elements range in size from 0.1mm to 50mm. This decorative substrate also offers several advantages:

Recommended usage for the Wio Mere Biotope Mix 2kg

The Mere Biotope Mix, like all Wio gravels, is washed before being packaged. However, we recommend rinsing the gravel before introducing it to the aquarium. There may be some dust in the bag, and a quick rinse will help prevent suspended particles in the aquarium. The aquarium will have clear water from the first fill!
